When to use ?
The right dietary supplements can change your entire day, so if you want to avoid spikes and dips in energy levels, it's essential to consider your nutrition before, during and after sport.
For moderate intensity exercise, you should aim to consume 45g - 60g of carbohydrates per hour - towards 45g for low intensity exercise and increase to 60g - 90g for higher intensity exercise. Each bar contains an average of 40 g of carbohydrate.
Recommended intake: a third of a bar every 20 minutes
Eat little and often and always hydrate well.
