Install the tube into the rim with Tubolite inflated to 0.2-0.5 bar. Inflate to this value outside the rim and make sure that the valve is pointing inwards to avoid unwanted stress on the material!

The S-TUBO (replacement tube) has a removable valve and a thinner wall for better storage compared to the TUBO-MTB. It fits easily into any pocket. It weighs only 45g at 29" and despite its ultra-light weight, its durability is on par with a classic cycling inner tube.

Tubolito can be used with extension valves.

Tubolito MTB can only be used with disc brakes. Tubolito Road can be used on the road with both rim and disc brakes. Tubolito Road has passed the DIN4210 test (15 minutes braking with 10x10 second interruptions) on both aluminium and carbon rims.

In the test when braking continuously until a puncture occurred, the Tubolito did not lose explosive pressure like a classic tube, but there was a slow puncture.

Rolling resistance at 28.8 km/h. is 4.6 W lower with the Tubolito MTB and 2.3 W lower with the Tubolito ROAD than with a conventional inner tube.

The maximum and minimum pressures are governed by the tyre used.

Mount the inner tube in the rim with the Tubolito inflated to 0.5 bar.

The Tubolito inner tube can be temporarily inflated with CO2, but it is recommended to deflate it immediately and inflate it with conventional air after the finish.
