The ergonomics of the levers are taken from higher sets. The wireless connection improves the aesthetics of the bike and at the same time makes shifting very quickly.

Shifting uses two CR1632 batteries. The R7170 brakes offer 10% more pad clearance for easy wheel removal and quiet operation, as well as unidirectional bleeding for easy and clean maintenance.
