Rossignol X-IUM SKATING are racing cross-country skis designed for free technique ("skating"). They are an ideal choice for experienced skiers and racers.
They excel in a wide range of conditions thanks to the universal flexibility and flex of the skis. The lightweight construction with a Nomex® Honeycomb core, poplar wood on the sides and a carbon layer ensures the ideal transmission of energy and power for the best possible performance.
The active upper layer of the Activ Cap skis helps improve the stability of the skis. The ski is torsionally stronger but at the same time it follows the terrain well and offers an excellent glide. The IFP Integrated Pad and Binding System is used to mount the binding.
It contains a pad built into the ski, which is compatible with different types of TURNAMIC® bindings. This binding system does not limit the flexibility of the skis and enables ideal energy transfer. The binding can be easily moved along the pad, which makes it possible to adapt the behavior of the skis to different snow conditions or preferences of the skier.
