Thin, round frame profiles offer more compliance and less vibration on imperfect roads. At the same time, the frame maintains its minimalist design, which contributes to lower weight. 

WEIGHT - In the new 2024 Orca models, Orbea bet on low weight, their OMX frame weighs only an incredible 745 g, while their OMR frame weighs 1030 g. 

STIFFNESS -  When designing this new Orca, Orbea first focused on the stiffness of its frame, then perfected it with its lightweight. The chainstays, head tube, and down tube handle most torsional and lateral loads, resist twisting and transfer power to the rear wheel in the blink of an eye. 

WIDE TIRES -  Orbea has enabled modern riders who have discovered the benefits of wider tires to fit up to 32C tires.

HANDLING - One of the main requirements of a high-speed bike is easy handling while riding to ensure precise control of the bike. Thanks to its shorter wheelbase and special fork, which also reduces air resistance, the Orca offers an agile and controllable ride.

ICR PLUS - The integrated cabling is carefully routed under the stem and through the head tube in order to prevent friction or rattling and is optimized for classic and electronic shifting. At the same time, this technology fulfills its aerodynamic tasks.
