The Maxxiss Detonator with its Dual Compound technology is an excellent training tire with a racing pedigree that offers high speed in a 28mm width. The softer compound on its sides provides excellent grip in rain or dry conditions. The Detonator is durable enough to put a lot of miles on it during winter training, but supple enough to race on it in the summer.
- Dual Compound - the harder centre compound (62a) provides low rolling resistance with slow wear, while the softer compound (57a) used on the sides offers excellent lateral sculptability and great cornering grip, rain or shine
