Brace Link provides freely movable shoulder straps for maximum mobility on your bike.

Air contact system: The requirement here is to transfer loads to the body's center of gravity so that they become neutral while minimizing back contact areas. The EVOC solves this contradiction by using a back section where all the ventilation components, such as large ventilation channels and specially grooved and perforated EVA pads behind the mesh, have been virtually moved inwards. This ensures that the pack sits close to the back while providing optimized rear ventilation.

Brace Link: Brace Link perfectly adapts the shoulder straps to the width of the athletes shoulders. This automatic adjustment promotes load transfer to the body's center of gravity while back and shoulder contact areas are minimized. A neckline can also be worn over the Brace Link.

Air circulation: air circulation is used in all EVOC backpacks because it ensures optimal ventilation while preventing excessive cooling of the sensitive kidney area, even during extremely strenuous activities or intense sweating. Thanks to the vertical air channel, constant free air circulation is guaranteed. Gaps on the sides of the channel allow additional air to escape.

This three-dimensional structured fabric with variable thread size (P75D*30D) offers optimal ventilation and cushioning properties for liner covers and shoulder straps.

Air Mesh

Air Mesh features fine pores for excellent air circulation and does not absorb moisture. This makes it perfectly suited as a ventilation cover fabric for the back of EVOC backpacks.

Nylon 210D Ripstop PU coated

The requirements for the perfect backpack outer material can be summed up in four characteristics: durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent and very lightweight. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. The double PU coating of the lightweight nylon base provides moisture protection and wear resistance. The micro texture of the fibres divides the base fabric into small squares to prevent tearing - hence the name Ripstop.

600D PU coated polyester

A very durable fabric for high abrasion areas, it is also tear resistant and light weight while absorbing almost no moisture. These characteristics combine to make it an ideal material for high stress pockets or for basic backpack construction.
