Blackline technology

Innovative technology for superior performance. Evoc's Blackline series combines the proven technology standard of backpack protectors with the revolutionary, new Liteshield Carrying System Air. The need for the protector to fit snugly to the back remains, but heat generation is significantly reduced by special ventilation elements.

Air circulation

The Air Circulation System is included in all performance backpacks from Evoc, as it guarantees perfect ventilation even during activities with high sweating and exertion. Side cut-outs along the channel allow for even greater air flow. In addition, the padding along the sides of the back has been reduced to further optimise airflow, without compromising wearing comfort.

Liteshield Air Carrier System

In addition to the main focus on protection, load transfer and great wearing comfort, emphasis was also placed on providing the all-newly developed Liteshield Air carrying system with maximum ventilation. The key challenge here was to combine the closeness to the body, which is a prerequisite for back protectors, with the highest degree of air ventilation. In addition to the arched central ventilation channel, the snug-fitting back section is equipped with 2 rows of "ventilation grids": EVA foam strips with ventilation holes and an air mesh cover, together with a special slanted shield groove, reduce the contact area with the back, thus improving air circulation.

The extra wide, ergonomically shaped hip belt on this support system is made of a highly stretchable, looped fabric that provides the necessary strength while providing maximum breathability. In this way, the main load is transferred to the hips, where it is fixed while ensuring optimum breathability - even when fully loaded.

Airo Flex

Airo Flex is an extremely durable fabric that is both breathable and flexible. Evoc uses this material in its top quality hip belts, where it ensures excellent load distribution on the hips as well as maximum ventilation - for excellent wearing comfort.
