This is the most versatile jacket we have ever made.

Usually a jacket with zippered sleeves is a compromise that isn't particularly good at anything. That's because the jacket becomes a vest, which is a fundamental flaw and usually exacerbated by poor zipper construction.

The Perfetto Convertible is almost identical to Castelli's renowned Perfetto RoS 2 jacket, with all-round wind protection, essentially waterproof rain protection, excellent breathability and a close-fitting fit. By adjusting the layers underneath this jacket, you can cover everything from mild conditions to cold days, whether sunny or wet.

Our sleeves unzip just above the elbow to create an almost identical construction to Castelli's renowned Gabba - the choice of professionals. On mild days, you'll leave the house with long sleeves and in changing conditions, you'll pull the sleeves down and tuck them into your pocket. When used like this, it's even better than the Gabba, thanks to the zippered front vents.

If you're not sure whether to buy the Perfetto RoS 2 or the Gabba RoS 2 jacket, then the Convertible version is the way to go. Already have the Perfetto and Gabba jackets? You'll be surprised how convenient it is to shed the sleeves while riding, but it really shines on the road when your storage space is limited.
