SURPRISINGLY USEFUL
We officially guarantee a UPF 50+ protection rating for these covers, but in lab tests they actually prevent up to 99.8% of harmful UV rays from passing through. We've used a polyester base, which is not only more effective than nylon at blocking UV rays, but it's also much better at keeping the body dry, in both cooler and warmer conditions. We kept the construction smooth to eliminate seams that could chafe, and we used elastic silicone strips to keep the sleeves in place at all times. Collapsed, they take up extremely little space, so they stay seamlessly in your pocket for your next day in the saddle.
