MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is a world leading technology designed to reduce the amount of rotational forces acting on the head in the event of an impact. It is based on the principle of an independent sliding layer between the helmet shell and the head.

FUSION IN-MOLD POLYCARBONATE SHELL Technology of direct injection moulding of EPS polystyrene foam into the shell and reinforcements enclosed in the mould. This method achieves a very strong, durable and compact unit. The original Bell technology, which has become the standard.

IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION combines an outer shell of hardened polycarbonate with an inner foam filling designed to absorb impact. This combination of directly injected foam into the shell offers an unmatched weight-to-strength ratio. It also allows for better helmet ventilation options.

ERGO FIT™ Ergo Fit is used in Bell helmets designed for recreational riding. The narrow, adjustable headband wraps around the entire head and the comfort wheel makes it easy to adjust with one hand. By tightening it is easy to achieve a precise and stable fit of the helmet on different head shapes. Of course, compatibility with hair in a braid is a must.
