WHY WE MADE IT

Gravel, hiking and bikepacking require more rugged gear. Frame, wheels, tires, clothing - no rider's gear is exempt, so the KIESPANZER (or "Gravel Tank") provides the necessary durability for the inevitable gravel bikepacking. They're also equipped with storage solutions for supplies for day trips or to fill up packing space and keep riding essentials easily accessible in the pockets of the highly stretchable, extremely breathable 3-mesh panels. Reflective stripes help ensure visibility during early departures, late returns or long twilight hours while squeezing in the last miles to the next hotel or campsite.

OWN SUBSTANCES

Type.429 fabric with an easy compression fit for an efficient and breathable fit. Bunny Hop side panels add an abrasion barrier that still stretches and compresses like a specific fabric from our woven, 50/50 polyamide and spandex blend.

CONSTRUCTION/USE

The C2 AEPD regularFit is based on our performance racing models with a less aggressive, streamlined design and our standard leg length. Tuned for comfort in the saddle and mobility off the bike.

ENGINEERING

- X-Frame: rear leg construction taken from the MILLE GTS. Stitching in the lower back for a secure fit that stabilizes the liner and main pant panel.

- Silicone leg cuffs: A more robust version of our gravel-ready Lycra version, this design grips the thigh without bulky applique.

- Four-Pocket System:Two thigh pockets securely store essentials; two discreet back pockets secure small items. Pull tabs - a solution we developed in response to rider feedback - facilitate easy access.

MILLE GTC C2 LINER

- Double shock absorption: the MicroShock and FilterFoam form two layers and 19 mm of gravel comfort. Thermo-moulded and anti-odor upper treatment reducing irritation. These factors are invaluable when hiking or bikepacking.

- goldenGate: the stitch pattern anchors the front and back but allows the body of the liner to float, allowing the liner to move with your body and not against it.

- craterCooler: perforations on the front edge of the liner draw air through the liner to keep it cool and breathable on hot summer days.

- 3DWaffle: patented, triple-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and removes weight compared to a conventional liner.
